Shipping & Pick Up

IMPORTANT:

1) You must select "Ship" when ordering #MOMs of Mayhem apparel even though the option to pick up appears.

2) Please place a separate order for #MOMs of Mayhem apparel. Shipping is direct from the manufacturer.

3) We do not ship outside of the U.S.

4) Oversized and fragile pieces are designated as pick up only and indicated as such in each item's name. Arrangements will be made for a curbside pick up. Out-of-town orders placed for pick-up only items will not be fulfilled and will be refunded, unless you contact us and let us know when you will be in the area to receive your order.

5) Yard sale shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. We offer discounted commercial rates and do not mark up shipping. If you purchase two or more yard sale items that can be packaged together, we will issue a refund for any savings on the cost of shipping.

6) If you live in or near the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, save on shipping and opt for curbside pick up. Send an email to liz@virtualyardsale.com to schedule a pickup time, and please include your order number.

Unclaimed Shipments

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date. Claims that are found to be an error on our part or that of our vendor will be covered at our expense. Please double check your delivery address before submitting your order.

Return Policy

As in conventional yard sales, all used items are sold "As-Is." Sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable. Please read all descriptions and review photographs before committing to a purchase.

#MOMs of Mayhem print-on-demand items are returnable within 30 days for misprints, damage or defects caused by the manufacturer. Buyer's remorse or exchanging for a different size are not covered under the return policy. If you are planning a return for a reason mentioned above, please email us with your order number and a description and picture of the problem so that we may assist you in the return of your item to the manufacturer and the processing of your refund. Please do not return the item to Virtual Yard Sale.

If You Have Allergies

Used items in this yard sale come from smoke-free homes shared with dogs and cats. We will clean items before release to the buyer.

#MOMs of Mayhem products are new and shipped by the manufacturer.
